London Town (1978)
----------------------------
You're talking to me from the back of my car
And i can't get nothing right
And then you wonder why stand at the bar
Day and night
Chorus:
I've had enough
I can't put up with any more
No no no no no no no
I've had enough
I can't put up with any more
No no no no no no no
You stand behind me with a watch in your hand
And i can't get nothing done
Well, people tell me you're punctual man
But come on
Chorus
I earn the money and you take it away
When i don't know where you're from
I should be worried but they say
It'll pay for a bomb
Chorus
I've had enough
Baby you know sometimes you get a little weary
But if it ever happens honey
You just come along to me
Because you know
Chorus
This cool song reached # 25 in the summer of 1978. (U.S., Billboard)

I believe this would sound pretty good if covered by a heavy metal band like Metallica.

@BeatleBangs1964 But it's similar to others like 'To You', from Back To The Egg. People always say how versatile he is but many of his albums are similar in the styles may be different from each other on an album but EVERY album has it's 'McCartney 'jolly rocker' e.g. this, Rock Show, Getting Closer etc then it's 'McCartney 'Slushy ballad', then his 'jaunty parody type e.g. 'You gave me the answer' etc so his albums become predictable as you can compare the style of any song on one to another
