this reminds me a lot of Kuk Sool Won is there any connection i know they are both Korean. im not sure what came first but from the looks of it has the same feeling i just stumbled on to this video today.

In the early 1960's the Founders of Hapkido, Kuksoolwon, and Hwarangdo all trained together. Therefore, they are similar, but each are very unique in it's own way.

I won first place in the age 13 bracket at the lee broters first annual open international martial arts championships FA RANG DO, June 16, 1974 from the International Fa Rang Do association. I remember that 34 years ago because the trophy was bigger than me. It was a contact competition in California and I loved it, the experience has helped me throughout my life.. I disagree.The REAL Taekwon-do is TKD ITF.Real-created by Taekwon-do founder,general Choi Hong Hi.TKD WTF was created later (1973),as an "answer" for TKD ITF.Sadly,it's more about pollitics and cash.

Anyway,I did not even knew about very existance of Hwa Rang Do-but,after watching this and few other movies,I like it.Indeed,all nowdays trained martial arts base on chinese old schools...

You are located in Tustin as of now? Is there an address I can locate you by? I didnt see one on the website. I briefly took TKD when I was in 7-8th grade, and always wanted to continue.
