  • @IrishMick71180 If you would be diagnosed schizophrenic would you still be able to trust your own thoughts, your own judgments?

  • @OshTaubsy I have it the other way around too. All day everything feels somewhat unreal and uncomfortable, but when I wake up in the morning sometimes the world looks new, full of promises, and very real. That moment collapses after a few seconds. Or maybe we experience the same thing, but I call it real and you unreal.

  • Search Tai Creed on Twitter. We can help each other :)

  • I've had G.A.D for a year now and for the first nine months I thought I was just loosing my mind because nobody could tell me what was wrong. I spent that time trying my hardest to get better but as we all know when you get extremely anxious all you want to do is give up and die! But since therapy, CBT, I sometimes feel normal and I don't suffer daily like I used to, there is still a long way to go but I'm getting there. I use Twitter, I post inspiration to help people like me now @iTweetVision

  • @cityMonk904 same thing here.

  • @mmiicahh yep me too it has controlled my life for 10 years now from the age of 16 to 26 nowi took 6 drugs with no help- now i am on lamictal 400 mg its like a war and worse id take even 800 mg if possible to stop 10 years of hell

i know its from my dad they are both obssesive and crazy anxious so i got screwe

are you parents insane too?-100%percent its the only reason

  • @OshTaubsy holy shit... i feel that all the time

  • @OshTaubsy That is called derealization.

  • @cityMonk904 I feel this way when I take a new kind of medicine. I always feel like I am going to have a reaction. I was giving cytotec to contract after having my second baby (you suck on it for 30mins till it dissolves) and it made my throat sore.. but I kept picturing my throat closing up.. kept thinking I was going to not be able to breathe! When I told the nurse, she said... drink some water. Wasn't scared or worried about what I described. Then I really freaked out! So yes. Similar.

  • Anyone else got that feeling of not being real. for example i feel like i wake up in the morning feeling like im still not 100% awake and everythink all around me doesnt feel real. thumbs up if anyone else has this :)
