I remember reading the listing for this show on that site JuliB, and being realy bummed because I was going to be out of town. The pool seems like a fantastic venue to see SY in.

Actually now that I think about it, I am SURE of this. It was not dark yet when they were playing Teenage Riot. So the video of this HAS to be from another song.

it seems that the video does not sync up at all with the audio, and i am 99 percent sure that the video is from an entirely different performance. mark ibold did not play on any of the daydream nation stuff at the show to the best of my recollection - it was just the original four. mark did come out for the encores which were all songs from rather ripped. maybe the video part of thisis from one of those songs (incinerate?)

yeah, it's Mark Ibold from pavement. He's Sonic Youth's touring bass player.
