Mr. Kerry, I am 21 years old, a senior at a state school, and entering the navy. Myself along with many other men and women join the navy, army, marines, coast guard, not because were dumb, or have no other option. Some of us join because were interested in the work, or wish to serve our country. Have you ever heard of a officer? To become an officer you must have atleast a 4 year degree from college.
