I would suggest looking at other videos but the idea is there, i would take something more thick and more solid tho, i cut a round piece in a pringles cover with a hole in center and BOOM, 10 times better for fighting games.. only game i really need a pad for.
It makes it more responsive at i hit less random direction, get more feel out of the bad.. from whorst pad ever made to actualy decent!

Please respond : how did you get ps2 thumbsticks in the holes on the xbox controller? I tried to do that but the ps2 thumbsticks wont fit threw. Please help i really wanna do this!!
