@maccaddikt thank you so much! yea for pretty eyes :) I wear a lot of purple - I was thinking of doing my own bridal look - the one I actually wore which i think works really well for green eyes. Hopefully I'll have some free time soon! Thanks for watching!!!!

Im a licensed makeup artist i havent read all the comments so this may have already been covered but, i find with the 30 something odd cosmetic lines ive used i found m.a.c. to be the best but in all of the different shades of skin tones 9 times out of ten i have to custom blend for the perfect shade, but if u must try some other brands i love smashbox hd foundation it's buildable coverage and makeup forever works well also

@annamae1982 with MAC custome blending is the way I should go, but I'm too lazy :) i havent tried smashbox but i want to!!! i used to use MUFE HD but i ran out and never went back to get a new bottle. currently im using the chanel teint innocence in wheat and it's a pretty good match.

On camera it didn't look bad but the pictures....OH LAWD! I'm so sorry for the frustration...i feel for you. I don't think you should do your own make-up because so much will be going on and nerves could take over. Keep looking and don't rule out going to your favorite make-up counter to see if any MUA's work on the side (freelance).

@nikkimo75 yeah ive been to mac for 2 trials. im thinking of maybe trying a different brand - maybe bobbie brown cause someone suggested it. there has to be SOMEONE who i can trust!!! but i can always be my own backup plan:) thank you!!!

@MrsLogic13 i should have stood up for myself. i just wanted out of there. i was in her condo - if it had been a salon it might have been different but i didnt want to start a fight in a strangers home ya know? ive learned my lesson. i'll only go to people who are recommended from now on.

Maybe you could start your own business? I hope you find the right makeup artist for you or feel comfortable enough to do it yourself (I love your own personal work) xox
