The Ross Hook is a trading tool. Like any tool, different people use it differently. However, there is a lot of great free information about trading the Ross Hook floating internet. One interesting approach a recent customer told me about was using the "Rh" levels as potential profit targets.

so in case of long- do u enter above the Rh bar?
where do u put the stop loss?
