Why isn't Bechtel held accountable, top managers prosecuted for criminal misfeasance & company assets liquidated to recover cost overuns for gross mistakes & design failures?
Its because big corporations basically OWN government & are legally exempt from being held liable. Its a crooked, rigged-game that's 10,000X more threatening to National Security than elaborately-fabricated targets of absurdist 'War on Terrrror' which is little more than PR Shock-and-Awe & MIC Jobs Program.

It is a political decision! I can see one way, reward non-toxic methods x4 to turn a wheel and make electricity. So-called nuclear waste should be destroyed, eliminated and make electricity. The problem is 'burial' is federal policy for nuclear waste, A Bill to allow alternatives must be passed first.
