You can pick up a lot of outside noises when you are in that building, especially if it is quiet like it is in this audio clip. That noise sounds like it could be almost anything, but probably is a truck or a car passing on one of the many streets that go past the building. I have a recording that sounds similar to this, but it was a truck driving past.
