general blue its the best of all villains in the db serie, no doubt of it, general's blue charisma is so high in comparison with the others...he shouldn't have died :'(

Personally, I like colonel Silver.

But Blue is cool, too. I think that Dragon Ball is the best of the three generations. It had the best characters, and the heroes actually had to use strategy to beat their opponents, unlike in Dragon Ball Z/GT, where they just power up over and over again.
