Really depends on how you like to drive. But I found that 20 clicks was pretty much the maximum if I remembered correctly. Became too bumpy for the car to have decent grip.
For the back, again depends on how comfortable you are, whether you like it to be "lighter - oversteery" or "heavier - more grippy".
