A look at Audacity and some of its features

A brief look at the installation and some of the basic features of the Cross-Platform Audio Editing Tool, Audacity.

To download Audacity, go to
http://audacity.sourceforge.net

Audacity is available for Mac, Linux and Windows, though the source is only available for Linux from the website. To download it in an easier form for Linux, search for it in the repositories by going to Add/Remove programs or your respective package manager.

There are many more features in Audacity along with those featured in this video, this is just a look at some of the main features and I advise that you have a play around with it to see and have a go using the other, sometimes (not always though) more advanced, features.
