To download Cursor Maker see this video, You will be able to download it for free....
Cursor Maker is a type of software from which you will be able to make your own CURSORS!!!!!
Just you have to do is to make a cursor...if you don't know how to make it then there is a tutorial in the Cursor Maker from which you can learn how to use it.....
Making a cursor you will have to save it....you can save it anywhere on your PC...Just you should know where you save it as to change your cursor....
To change the cursor go to control panel then Mouse and other hardware then Mouse then click on Pointer then click on browse and you will be to see a list of cursors....now browse for your saved cursor...and open it and click on apply and OK....Then your cursor will be changed to your made cursor...
