Tales of Destiny DC - Anime Cutscene 1: DYMLOS!

Stahn escapes from the Draconis in a pod. Things are looking pretty grim as Stahn lands in a lake and starts to drown, but then the talking sword reveals his name to Stahn... DYMLOS! The power unleashed by Dymlos clears the lake and makes the surrounding land tremble. Stahn collapses from exhaustion.

I know the word epic is tossed around too much today, but even epic fails to describe this scene.

Shortly after Stahn wakes up in a cabin. A man named Woodrow found him and brought him there. Dymlos reveals to Stahn that he is a "Swordian": a sword created a thousand years ago that holds the personality of an actual once living person. Stahn is now a Swordian master, and only Swordian masters can hear the voice of a Swordian.
