Yeah its crazy how good micro can turn the outcome in a skirmish completely around. Sometimes I wish units were a bit smarter but I guess otherwise you would have nothing to distinguish noobs from skilled players.

@amatuer236 there are a lot of times when something should counter something on paper, but with micro it doesn't. like banelings are an obvious counter to marines but with micro, marines crush them.

@DonStelz92 I have played both and SC2 is definetely a more complete game. The strategies and tactics have a much greater impact on the game. And grief play cannot easily be achieved in 1v1. Still there is alot of grief play in 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4, but it doesnt rly matter because this is a game for 1v1.. the competitions arent about 2v2 they always have been about 1v1. And you cant Cheese a master league most of the time. I say this as a Master league sc2 player :P but I was a casual at CoH though

@DonStelz92 as a matter or fact i play both SC2 and Coh i find that Sc2 is more of a compleicated game of rock paper scissors a zealot will always beat 2 zerglings. but in coh a riflemen vs a volks squad mostly the rifles win but with some micro the volks can make it through. SC2 stuff dont miss either. Both however are fun and both are easy to learn but hard to master (i say this as a silver league sc2 player and a lv 8 Coh player

If u play God of War series, people rate it awesome. I agree it in term of Graphical effect.

But as for challege it just doesn't have it.

Im not relating SC2 and COH with any RTS. im just saying why those bunch of kids hate SC2. cause it is too challenging for them

@munak992 That's not completely correct - I myself play Company of Heroes and some CoH players look down to starcraft, because in their opinion it involves a lot of grief play and micro is more important than a good strategy and tactics.

I can't acknowledge this, though as I didn't play SC2.
