I had an amusing request from two Australians asking me to say "bag" and "goose" just to hear the Canadian accent when those two words are said.

Personally, I don't think I have much of an accent, but I could be wrong.

  • Wow you're without doubt the prettiest Canadian I have ever seen. You prettier than page off of Degrassi.

  • @smallvillefallen Its actually ridiculous how many times some of us say "eh" at the end of sentences, if we count.

  • @CoolKillerClan You really are dumb. Canadians have accents just like anyone else in the world. Last time I was in Canada everyone was saying "out" as "oot" as in going "oot".

  • We Canadians have a tendency to say: "EH" and "Sorry" a lot. We are reserved, polite and CIVILIZED...!

  • i have a friend from canada and she says bag exactly like you ! it sounds like your saying (bayg) but i say (bahg)

    :-)

  • When I went to Canada I had to try really hard to keep from laughing at the accent, but after being there for a while I couldn't hear it anymore and the way people talked just sounded normal.

Well, except for a few words, like drama. The first a in drama is like the "a" in draw, dagnabit, not the "a" like in apple! Argh!

  • im a newf and we dont say cad we say cod, just thought id throw that out there

  • Canadians have different accents depending on there your from. I've heard people from Ontario, BC and the prairies and they all sound different.
