Will, thank-you for this beautiful song. I just shared it on FB & now I'm just hitting replay as I do morning tasks. I heard you in Livingston, a few years ago, with Rodney Crowell. I got there early, during sound check. I started to walk away, across the grass intending to come back when things started. Your voice reached out across that space and tapped me between the shoulder blades. I had to turn around and listen. It was wonderful. I've been a fan ever since. Merry Christmas.

Saw Will in Lubbock, TX at the Cactus Theater. He played a solo acoustic set between acts and then threw on a Gretsch White Falcon and jammed it the rest of the night with Rodney Crowell. Damn what a hot hand. My kid was like 11 and was bored with the whole gig except for Will solo and with Rodney. She talked to him between sets and he sent her autographed posters and a CD.
