CONGRESS APPROVES GANGSTALKING-"In-Community No-Touch Torture" Post-9-11 Gov Program

People are suffering and don't know what is happening. It took years to learn the information in this video. If you share it, you can shorten the learning time of other victims. People need to know what their government is doing to them.

Police are gassing people in their sleep so murder will look like a natural death.Targeted Individuals ("TI") have code on drivers license and plates to tell police you are TI so you can be gangstalked wherever you move or travel. This is a "based on the terrorism of 9-11" crime and an organized police/firemen crime organization created and run by the government as the National Clandestine Service.

This agency was created as a result of the 9-11 MASSACRE fraud! Gangstalking terrorists are trained and paid by the US Gov.

The quantity of people required to perform a total gangstalking event continually for months makes one ask are they all paid? They may not be paid by the gov but they may be paid by the gang. In any event, the stalking is organized and coordinated by and protected by police and firemen in your cities as a result of post-911 congressional legislation. Ordinary citizens who have worked all their lives and paid for their own homes, paid their taxes and contributed to the community but are unwilling to accept illegal government activities or who do not fit into the new terrorist gangster NWO America are attacked as terrorists or put into mental hospitals and drugged.

What is the code of my drivers license, and on my plate? I know the police know, but I thought it was both when they call it in, and/or the tracking in my car alerts some signal in their cruiser. Any feedback all?

@PeeperFrogs There may be a tracking device on your vehicle but I tend to think more that, since this is a government run corruption, it is legal to put something on your driver's record, plate, license, etc., to mark you as a target wherever you go. Local law enforcement is now directed by the president since 2004.

I too have had to go to court many times facing jail time for being framed by them..and the lord allowed be to be the victory..but you must ask him and believe that
