1996 2 kids died by those cliffs right under bridge. You are young and stupid. If rangers catch you - it is big fine so maybe stop peer pressure to keep doing it.

If my memory serves me correct, I think there was a kid who died jumping off that bridge in the 1970`s, I was only a very young child myself at the time, I hardly remember, But I think he smashed his head on a rock

Why didn't you jump off the bridge from the road? I've done that jump several times.. I grew up in Liberty and try to make it up to NY every year.. when I do, we hit the bridge. I don't jump off the bridge anyway, we hit up the cliffs right under it.
