1: Fale com Vulcan em Forge of the Gods.
2: Mate os monstros de Forge of the Gods até obter 1000 Torch.
3. Após coletar os itens, volte a Vulcan e receberá uma recipe de arma S-grade aleatória.
OBS: Se você deseja escolher o recipe, colete 1200 Torch e encontre Blacksmith of Wind Rooney. Ele teleporta de forma aleatória entre os dois andares de Forge of the Gods.

@Misha1494 make a macro with /target rooney , take a BD with dance of shadow and go look for him in both of Forge of the Gods levels. The NPC rooney never stay in one place. There is no other way to find him.

with 1200 u can get s recipe with ur choice ... just farm 1200 and after go find rooney in fog rooney change room every 5-10 mins
