  • don't delete legit comments fruit cake! post serious information on the Ge

    rson Therapy how about that

  • @IlluminatedAnuit11 Well you must have known that your disrespectful attitude and rhetoric was rude as you predicted I would block and delete your comments! There you go I left one of them up though.

If you want to participate in enlightened discussion you'll have to stop flinging your shit around, climb down out of the tree and stand upright.

  • Sorry Zak, I know I didn't provide any studies or evidence of any kind. As it says in my opening, this is my opinion, and yes, it works for me, but not necessarily others. I was very surprised that you threatened to block me for sharing my opinion. Please don't do that. I will comply to your format & try to keep things scientifically based & supported. Unfortunately, there is not much in the way of studies yet as raw foodism is still a relatively new or at least revised cultural paradigm.

  • @justsitthere100 I didn't threaten to block you for sharing your opinion I threatened to block you for wasting my time as I have done with people in the past. I spend hours researching my videos to provide references and when someone doesn't read them (or even watch the whole video to know about them) and posts something that I've already addressed it's completely ignorant of them.

  • @insidexistance Take some BrainON to increase your attention span then. I make videos to educate, not entertain. Our ancestors had very long attention spans, it's modern lifestyles, advertising and the instant gratification culture that has resulted in the intelectual regression that has led to shorter attention.

  • You have to be trolling. Recommending red meat as a staple? Nice troll bait.

  • @InnateReality whoa! that's a fascinating, albeit old, study. so 48/35/17 is the optimal carb/fat/protein percentage. and that was wild about naturally choosing raw meat, carrots, & beets when recovering from illness.

  • Hey Zak, I have to say that I admire you for keeping to your research and staying true to your beliefs and what works for you. I've been vegan for two months now and feel fantastic. All I can say is that it works for me. I don't know if YOU know this but Mr. Brandon Cintron has now changed his tune - he now does eat meat and dairy. Thought you would find that interesting. Keep up the good work.

  • @justsitthere100 That's great if it works for you but you are ONE person, you can't expound what works for just you as being optimal for everyone. That is correlation and not causation. Scientific studies (are supposed to) deal with causation.

No I definitely do not think the Hippocrates diet is best, not is any one diet "the best".

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Maybe you're right about most people not converting enough precursers, but I haven't had a problem as a vegetarian for the last 34 years. I explicitly ask for detailed blood tests, and so far, things keep coming up within optimal ranges. Oh, it's not a belief in karma so much as an understanding. Every healthy sentient being wants to live. Besides, I've found no reason to eat my friends. It will only provide inferior nutrition. The Hippocrates diet is best, don't you think?

  • @justsitthere100 It's actually the oposite, most people are unable to convert enough of these precursors to the complete forms as is indicated in the studies I linked to in the drop down menu.

As for karma, don't let another belief system control you, please watch this video of mine: /watch?v=vP9V1OctOtE

  • @justsitthere100 IN THIS video I already gave a link to my video that clearly shows how the ph value of foods affecting your body's ph is a complete myth. Meat has NEVER been shown in any scientific journal to cause tooth decay. If you know of a specific example please do post it instead of quoting the rhetoric of vegan propagandists.
