"I'm Voting For," an online video testimonial campaign launched by Campus Progress Action, gives young people a platform to talk about how their personal experiences and passion for the issues are driving them to the polls. Throughout the campaign, we hope to create a narrative about why young people are voting in 2008, and focus the attention of presidential candidates and the media on the issues that are important to us. While everyone is focusing on who they are voting for, Campus Progress Action is interested in focusing the debate on what matters most -- the issues.

Va. Tech is a school and thus a "Gun free Zone" which makes it an easy killing ground for anyone so inclined.

You choose NOT to exercise your natural right to defend yourself. That's natural de-selection.

sorry to hear about your injuries lilly what happened to you is a terrible crime, but just think what might have happened if you had a gun on you. or maybe one of the other students...sounds crazy but the scumbag that did the shooting had lots of time before the police showed up..not to mention the supreme court ruled in the dc gun ban case that the police are there to protect society as a whole not the individual..so making it harder to defend yourself only empowers the criminal to do more harm

And if he was taken down by another Student with a gun you would not have been shot and probably 25 more Students would still be alive. Ever wonder why shootings do not happen on Utah Campuses?
