Insignia 50" plasma TV NS-PDP50HD-09 power issue fix

Insignia Plasma TV power problem fix is shown here. Shows Location of 2 capacitors on the power board (LJ-00145B 50WF3, made by Danam Communications) that failed, and information on ordering replacements. The TV would not power up and just clicked a few times, and red led light on front bottom right would not turn from red to blue as usual...replacing the 2 capacitors at a cost of less than $5 fixed the problem. This is just an information pass, there are many other causes of power issues...and you are at risk taking your TV apart like this so be careful and make sure it is unplugged (not just off) for a few hours or more before messing around in there.

@curty162 do you mean you have the power-off issue? if so you might have blown capacitors like I did...trick seems to be in finding them and replacing them. There is a lot of info on youtube and other places on the web, maybe search your specific model # and you might find someone who has had the problem with the type of tv you have...
