i have tryied to install and i get this message:
Building native extensions. This could take a while...

i dont see gems on cmd prompt do i need to add the path name in the path variables

Make sure that you have gems installed. If you have it installed, and still doesn't work, then type in

PATH=%PATH%;"C:\Ruby\bin"

This is only temporary, and once you close command prompt, then you have to re-enter it. There is a way to make is permanent, but the only way I am aware of is a long process, and needs a tutorial in itself.

Yeah, I was aware of that, and even considered blurring it out, but it either way, it was odd. You made notice some quick zooms though out the tutorial so that kind of stuff would be covered. That was one of the few times I didn't.

It was a joke email that my parents downloaded. You may notice the ip address under the filename, and if you type that in, it directs you to Rogers Yahoo email.

No idea. It's been a on/off thing with me. I am planning all future tutorials first, then record them. I have no idea how long it's going to take me, or if it's ever going to be released.

i hope you do because this tutorial was explained extremely well and soo simple, ive seen others on the internet and i wasnt able to follow them as well as yours :)
