  • We would love to have Destination Truth come out there with us this year, then we would have some decent equipment with us.

  • @SpoiledPrincess987 Have they expressed an interest? I agree with the Animal Voice people that attempts to document these animals should be scientific and not disrupt their shy nature, don't you? I'd like to see Champ's existence be officially recognized in hopes they will be protected. I have some equipment, but personally won't be able to make it back to the lake for 3 more years, so I'm glad there's other people doing the work.

  • @atarnheim no at least not yet. We try to get evidence without doing anything to harm or interfere with the animals, they are already protected as endangered species in both Vermont and NewYork.

  • We are still waiting , the only responce we have gotten was from a person who said they did some analysis on it and it appeared to be 2 or 3 animals with possibly a forth off to the left. but they haven't sent us a copy of it as yet.

  • Interesting, very interesting. Still it is hard to tell if they're animals, hoaxes, or debris. They seem animal like but occasionaly move strangely. It is hard to tell if your looking at a back or neck at times in my opinion.

  • @IndianaJ25 I don't think anyone could have hoaxed us. There weren't many boats or people around the area we were in and we were out there for a couple of hours

  • @SpoiledPrincess987 That's good to hear. Can you tell us the time of day you made the video?

  • I interviewed a Biologist who had worked on Lake Champlain doing a bird census. One day they were eating lunch and off in the distance they spotted humps moving in the water. My friend grabbed his kayak and took off after the beast in the hopes of getting photographs and finally seeing the monster himself. It was a bit sketchy because as he got closer; he could see it was fairly large. His kayak was 13 feet. Getting within 100 feet he discovered a family of Otters swimming. True story.

  • @CTHuntress ask the tv show destination truth, with josh gates

  • @SpoiledPrincess987 I suspect if you enhanced it (you could buy the software yourself) you'd find interesting images. I highly reccomend a tripod or at least a monopod and some sort of telephoto lens for future videos. That will remove 90% of the shakiness. If you do that, you might be the one who finally gets an unmistakeable HQ footage of these awesome animals; I know I'm still going to try. Also, there are open source video editing programs that are free to download...
