I have come to the conclusion RustySporks is doing a text edit. If you still don't believe me, learn MIPS assembly and find me the routine within the game's code that counts days. It does not exist.
Notes:
Zelda no Densetsu - Toki no Ocarina (J) [!].z64 is one byte different (country code) from the US 1.0 version of OoT.

I tried the MQ Debugger's ROM as well - no results.

The guy (RustySporks) is obviously lying to you all. And I find it hilarious that many of you fell for his trap. He says go back in time and then to the bridge linking Hyrule Field and Kokiri Forest and wait for the days to pass...except that time there is frozen. No days will pass by. All you'll do is overheat your console and emerge at the end of the week boiling mad (not that I've tried it nor want to).
