it is very difficult to find the proper way to do this. this is the best way i found. find the biggest fat layer in your body so that it wont hurt much. send the medicine very slowly. and put slight pressure there, after injecting. make sure to send any air bubbles out by tapping into the cylinder before injecting. any medicine left in the top of the needle will hurt when piercing the skin. hope this helps to people who are using blood thinners. tc all god bless...... hmm this is a part of life.......with all my love....:)

  • Great video and good technique! Good idea with the practice sponge =) needed an idea to practice my injections for check off and I am not necessarily known for innovation lol
