*The most famous shot may be the one vs Nole in 2009, he said "I think it was the greatest shot I have ever hit in my life,"

*But the most memorable to him could be the attempt against Safin, AO 2005 semi. The match won by Marat 5-7 6-4 5-7 7-6 (8-6) 9-7.Federer had the chance to win in 4th set. Safin lobbed the ball, Fed chased it down. Many said that if he'd turned back and used passing shot or lob, he would have had a better chance of winning. In fact, Fed slowed down and hit it between legs...it stopped in the net...he screamed...regret. What a moment to remember!
