The theme for Monday's episode of Dancing With The Stars was personal stories, with the dancers choosing a song that is important to them. Chris Jericho chose The Beatles' "Let It Be".
-In a pre-taped segment, Jericho recalled the story of his mother suffering an accident when he was training to be a wrestler, which confined her to a wheelchair until her passing in 2005. He prepared to give up wrestling but she insisted he continue pursuing his dreams.
-Jericho said his real name is Chris Irvine and that for the first time in his professional life he would be performing as himself and not a character.
-Introduced as Chris Irvine, he danced the rumba with partner Cheryl Burke to receive a score of 21. The judges felt he lacked technical skill but complimented him on the emotional connection

@Ghouse666 I can't argue with that statement. But if you read his second book, "Undisputed", he forgave the man for that accident. I think it turned a new leaf in Chris Irvine(not Jericho), and was a stellar chapter to read.

i like it when the announcer called him by his real name. The dance was so beautiful. Chris can win this thing. I'll be rooting him.
