Why doesn't somebody buy the Island ? or why doesn't the City fix up the Island ?

This island is really totally beautiful but you had no fear? I mean you everything but what has happened there .. but great video we see the island even better .. are you there more often? I would also like to go out there, but unfortunately I'm from Germany and New York is very far away
