The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in solving a homicide involving a Portland teenager. Borisshell Washington, 18, was murdered on the evening of Sunday, May 31, 2009. She was shot and killed at a gathering at Raymond Park in Southeast Portland. Detectives believe a number of people at the gathering may have witnessed the actual shooting but have yet to come forward with the information. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and you remain anonymous.
