No, it's the exact opposite. In fact other NBC stations should adopt the Nightly News handle to be analogous with NBC. But the music is weak. If you're going to brand yourself as Nightly News, have a theme song worthy of that name.

That's true, especially with the Nightly news logo closely imitating WNBC's News 4 NY look during the Pyburn era graphics.

Yes, I like this opening, but I know KNSD can do better than that, makes it look New York'ish.

I like KNSD's lineup besides their news, 6:30 PM Access Hollywood 7 PM Wheel of Fortune and 7:30 PM Jeopardy!. I think WoF and J! were on KNSD long before KNSD became and O&O.
