  • Porque los dorsales trabajan mas si te hechas,aunque paresca que no,si lo haces verticalmente los biceps y las coyunturas del hombro se llevan todo el efecto y terminas con grandes biceps y hombros jodidos a lo mejor.

  • Jalon con agarre estrecho siempre,arqueando bien la espalda,y jalando hasta la parte inferior de los pectorales,jala lo que mas puedas por 10 repeticiones ,8 y 6.-----3 tandas solamente de maximo esfuerzo.
