there should be 1 shot body kills on certain guns at certain ranges if they are in the torso area

@albanybestdrumline in the interest of balance there shouldnt. Also with the ceramic plates that soldiers have in vests a oneshot instakill is less likely than you would think.

@Howitzas he deploys his bipid lowering his head, i was aiming up to the peak of his head to secure the headshot, watch him BEFORE i even aim - hes slowly decending but not crouching, has a machinegun and is infront of the waist-high block.

The caliber was designed to arrive at 1000 meters with enough energy to penetrate 5 layers of military body armor and still make the kill.

@sacriel42 actually mate, the .338 lapua round was chosen for use in the british army because it the specs was that the round should be able to pass through all available bullet proof vests at 1000 yards..so body armour will not help you at all against a big calibre gun, especially at close range

(the barret on this game is meant to use a .338)

also on bfbc2 bolt actions were 1 shot kill at less than so many yards and the balance was fine)

@sacriel42 The M98B that you are using shoots the .338 Lapua Magnum round. Very capable of punching through body armor, even trauma plates.

@albanybestdrumline if close up with the m98b it does 95 damage if hit torso area so pretty much if someone has been shot once by a gun 1 hit
