The point is that regardless how much it moved it is still a penalty. Where does it stop being a penalty - 2 mm, 3mm, 1 foot, 1 yard - c'mon people who know the game.

Okay so the ball roles back to its original position no foal. Also he has a 20ft putt plus oh shit the ball is now 1/10 centimetre closer!

@riverace7 It certainly did not. It came to rest in a different position, no doubt. 2 stroke penalty, Rule 20-7C.

This title is a loads of bull**it... He didnt cheat, It was an accident. We all make accdients dont we . ANd the new rule is that if you are putting and you ground your putter behind the ball and the ball moves due to the wind then their is no penalty. What Padraig did was that he didnt realise he moved the ball. Calm the hell down everyone.. :L
