To be more correct, the Civil War did NOT have the first submersibles. It had the first submersible to complete its mission and sink a warship in action., CSS Hunley.

Nice video. Very well made. I just have one correction. When you talked about the Medal of Honor you pictured the wrong medal. That medal you showed was not the Medal of Honor it was a membership badge for the Grand Army of the Republic which was a veterans organization for honorably discharged Union Veterans. The membership medal for the G.A.R. is very very similar though to the Medal of Honor from the Civil War.
