well, if u have after effects u can do motion tracking, but if u dont u need the still shot and then u zoom the shot in a little bit, and move the shot frame by frame..

i have after efefcts i just dint no how to mask that guy out properly

ok, u need to have a program that has a masking feature like final cut pro, after effects, or composite lab (which i recommend) then u have to find the mask feature and trace the person for 1 frame, this can either delete out the person or delete the background which can allow you to change the way something looks, like a blur or transparent on a person or any object
