Kaitlyn Maher (at 6 years old) sings "God Bless America" at the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce's Valor Awards in Lansdowne, VA on April 13, 2010. In its 25th year, the Valor Awards honor Loudoun County's law enforcement and emergency personnel. Sixty people were given awards at this year's ceremony, which took place at the National Conference Center.
