Eulogy of 4 yr old Sirita Sotelo murdered by her step mother. Several months before her death her foster parents had hoped to adopt her, but this wish was denied when her father wanted custody. She was sent to her father and sentenced to death. Her killer only received an 8 yr sentence.

she is in gods hands now. one day youll smile at her once more and tell her "good morning sunshine!" dont be sad for her. shes where she belongs. and one day you will join her :) the murderer will receive just punishment one day. remember that it is not our job to condemn. we pray and love and hold our faith high. compassion is our greatest ally, it is what god has given us in order to tell between good and evil. in the words of dr seuss "dont cry because it is over, smile because it happened."

This is so sad, idk why the state will give a child to their biological parents if they never showed they cared. Sirita was better with mommy Magda and daddy Gary. They should have left her with her Foster parents , they actually cared about her and loved .R.I.P. SIRITA YOU ARE FOREVER LOVED

i dont understand, the wife obvously dont want her so why dont they let gary and magda adopt her? and why did the killer only got 8 years?! 8 for killing and 10 for drug charges?! where the hell is the justice in that?!　i hope somebody beat her in prison till she wets her pants. the father should have thought whats best for sirita and that is with gary and magda.
