Here is one of Sloane's small group lyrical dances from 2011. http://www.fitforafeast.com/dance.htm. It is a lyrical number that was choreographed by Caroline Torti (a finalist from So You Think You Can Dance Canada season 1). You can see some dance tutorial videos with Caroline here on our channel. This dance is about letting go of your insecurities and being confident about who you are and showing your true self to the world. Hence, the girls take off their masks one by one during the dance. Lyrical dances usually have meaning or themes - like lyrics. Sloane really enjoyed working with Caroline and performing it. We hope you enjoy it too.

  • Awsome! how old are katrina and sloane?

  • @welshgymnast123 12 & 13

  • Oooh, thank you so much! :)

If I do the splits everyday, will my muscles get elongated & not thicker? 0.0

  • @TheJulybabytumbler It will help stretch them out more so they dont look so bulky

  • Why guys, this dance is amazing! :)

I have 1 question though: all the dancers I've seen on YouTube are really skinny & their muscles don't show, so do you guys & from the videos I've seen of you (a lot) I'm 100% sure you guys have muscles & are stronger than me.. But your muscles & all the other dancer muscles don't show.. When I exercise I gain weight & my muscles become thicker.. How can I stop that?

    Please please reply! :(

  • @TheJulybabytumbler We do have muscles - the camera is a bit far away. If you do sports where you bulk up the muscles - you will see them get thicker. Dance involves a lot of stretching and flexibility, so the muscles get strong but are also elongated (more stretched out & less bulked up)
