  • I remember the birth of Gabby.

  • This song is beautifully written. It is the perfect song to express the amazing Sesame Street and how it has touched pre-schoolers hearts for decades. Well done! Amazing!

  • how is it that grover alone is wittier than half of the crap on tv nowadays?

  • This song makes me teary. Almost like this were from the Last Episode, which, of course, will never happen

  • hahaha! love that quick grammar lesson..grover really grooves!

  • uhh it sucks that since sesame workshop didnt grab kerrmit and all the muppets after jim hensons death so disney got all the muppets and now sesame street and the muppets cantt have crossover episodes and no more "Kermit The Frog here reporting to you...." well at least kermit was on the 40th season premire

  • @frenchfriequeen101 with 42 seasons behind it, this episode is 'New Sesame'

  • See, on every other street in New York, if you called out, "Everybody come here, please!" You'd get a steel toed boot in your face and would spend that next fifteen minutes finding all the teeth you lost. Sesame street is where everybody can get togeather randomly at any given moment just to sing a song.

  • @jccw227 me too... unfortunately where i live they cancelled Sesame Street (I live in the UK!)

  • This was "the" time of sesame street. Oh how I remember this when was young now it's stupid. It's so stupid now it's indescribable

  • trauma: They showed how Abby moved in. She represents foreign cultures (in this case, that of fairies) & moved to the Street from her original home with other fairies. Murray just appeared one day with his pet lamb, though.

  • @Tonyhawkpro3: Cookie is still Cookie, as he himself states quite plainly to newsanchor, Matt Laurer. In fact, he's always been the health eating advocate, since he ate apples with both The Count & Ernie in the 1970s & rapped about Healthy Food in the 80s (the song got a 00s remake with Wycleaf John). Snopes [dot] com, Cookie hinself, & the producers at Sesame Workshop have all stated that though he's more health aware these days, Cookie will still be Cookie.
