WD Pepito Mugen #1: Ice (Buyog)

We got some snow advisory here in Michigan as of April 11 07. Such weird weather in April. So it might sound funny if I started Pepito's series with an ice-like character. In fact, her name IS Ice.

Ice, made by Buyog, has got one, crazy AI. She's extremely annoying with her voice. She spams her ice clones and snow balls that will freeze you on contact, leaving you wide open. Whats even worse, she will steal your Super energy. So, Pepito, stop the winter and bring back the spring, heh?
