Did Obama undermine his own Presidency?

The President is facing intense criticism from both the left and the right because he is doing the very thing he so harshly criticized President Bush for doing.

Here are some of Obama's criticisms of Bush and the war in Iraq:

--Bush continuing a "war strategy"
--Bush failing to use diplomacy before force
--Bush going to war without a clear and present danger to National Security of the U.S.
--Bush and the use of force in Iraq failed "Wilson's test"

Obama also criticized the President for using bad information to gain authorization from Congress.

But Mr. Obama, at least Bush went to congress with a case before dragging the country into a conflict. You are truly "going it alone."

What are your thoughts? Am I off base? Am I wrong?

He has been accused by supporters like Dr. Cornel West of being a puppet and a mascot. Did you watch Frontline episode aired on Tuesday, 24 May 2011? What happened to his pledge to protect whistle-blower. What happened to "Change We Can Believe In"? This is Why he will fail. The system in Washington DC and those physically outside but connected are extremely powerful. President Wilson was factually proven as a bigot and possibly misogynistic.
