Speed Problems with PFEA1U

The Jukebox will play 33 1/3's at the proper speed but almost everytime a 45 is selected, it will either play at an incredibly low speed or it will start at 45rpm and then slow down.

In this video I'm pulling the arm back to show how when it is not in 45rpm it speeds up to 33 1/3rpm instantly.

The mech will also scan at 33 rpm.

In this video I show how manually pushing the turntable in the proper direction can actually bring the speed up to 45rpm.
