And the urologists do dumb shit like prescribe you erythromycin which treats prostatitis caused by chlamydia and gonorrhea. when you have E coli prostaitis and E coli is immune to erythromycin . then when 10 days of it doesn't work. they prescribe you 14 days . then the next visit 21 days. even though erythromycin can't kill E coli

Urologists do this kinda shit. to get you coming back for more money.

I must say on the treatment of chronic prostatitis, my regular doctor who admitted to me he didn't know much about prostatitis, knew a lot more than the urologist. The urologist was very immature and would not do a prostate exam in his own words " I don't swing that way, that is for homosexuals. The problem is the urologist community has failed utterly when treating chronic prostiatis . Because they are un-educated

I'm sorry, the name again that was refered to me by my local Organic Health Food Store is: New Chapter Prostate 5LX. She told me to take 2 then four a day for one month until I'm on an even pattern, then go down to two a day followed by one....

but I'm right along with you gentleman. It seems odd that in todays day and age people have to "live with it".

The New Chapter pill is quite expensive, but then again, look at the flip side...

Anyone have pains below their belly button? Like an urge of some type. Pain in my kidneys...pretty much what he described. But, we're all in the same boat. The Cipro anti-biotic did not work. 5 times on that crap, still blood in my urine.What the heck's going on? So now I'm doing the organic, Natural thing...water, flax oil, etc. Had a cancer check, Thank Christ Almighty it was negative, but I'm only 34. Prostate X5 is at your local organic store, expensive but seems to have great reviews.

This pain wakes me up at night, I am 23 years old. Antibiotics are not doing anything to help the pain, the broccoli protocol helped slightly: Boil 1lb of broccoli in 4 cups of water once a day drink half in the morning before you eat anything- wait 20min before you eat- then drink the remainder of water at night before bed. You can eat the broccoli for lunch. I believe this chronic condition is due to some kind of STD but medicine seems to be ignorant to it.

Does prostatitis make your testicles ache ? because i took anti - biotics for a month yet it still hurts around there and at my lower stomach sometimes. I'm only 16, i tried anti inflammatories also , but this didnt help. Would a urine test show if i have prostatitis or not?
