10-18-2009 at 7:30pm Water Leak in Bathroom Sink

Wasn't leaking during summer, but now that it's winter, it's beginning to leak. Had a small leak during winter time with the old bathroom (a drip every couple seconds), and even with the new bathroom completely remodeled in July 2009, it's still leaking.(drips a lot more during night time though). Water pressure is around 100psi per Property Inspection report. Maybe need to visit Home Depot to get a water pressure tester to find out what's the actual PSI. Maybe need a Water Pressure Regulator installed?
