  • this machine is very close to useless, single plane movement, with little value. The same kind of strength can be trained with squats deadlifts, pistols etc which have the added benefit of training the cns

  • Yea the only reason we have it is because we get kids in who have back injuries and can't squat or deadlift yet so at least it gives them a little variation. But Squats and Deads are the best for speed along with the tripe extension movements!

  • i see that makes sense, although at that point i think a reverse hyper would be cheaper and more effective? or not?

  • damn, your a fricken beast..we have one of those at our fitness center and no one is even close to that...i think the most someone can get is about 2 45s and maybe a 10...
