A series of bombs exploded in Baghdad on Thursday. Iraqi officials say at least nine explosions were heard in the city, killing dozens. (Dec. 22)

Ahmadinejad has already promised that Iran will fill the void left behing by US troop withdrawal. Severely weakened and weaponless Iraq will be an easy pushover for Iran. First on the Iranian agenda will be oil sanctions against the US!
Meanwhile, your President has stopped the Keystone pipeline, ensuring that America will be seriously screwed for the upcoming oil crisis!

@JogBird well what did happen under saddam was torture and murdering of journalists systematic rape of dissidents, abductions, mass deportations, forced disappearances, assassinations, chemical weapons being used on civilians, the destruction of wetlands and the likelihoods of the marsh arabs (who are now recovering substantially), the attempted extermination of the Kurds, (who now have a free autonomous zone within iraq) so yeah...........you're fucking welcome
