An encounter with a school of around 20 dolphins on the Kerry side of the Shannon Estuary, opposite Moneypoint Power Station, on Saturday 12th September 2009. The two car ferries are crossing in mid-Estuary and Tarbert Power Station is in the background at the beginning.

  • Nice....have you got a zoom...?

  • Only for still photos I think (it's only my little still camera I'm using), but it was hard to take still photos of such quickly moving targets, because of the digital delay.

Maybe I should invest in a proper video camera, like yours - or do you fancy a dolphin-watching trip?
